This website was set up over 5 years ago by a Keydata/SLS investor (site  name - Pedro) - who has little interest now in the matters currently under discussion. "This is going to give rise to an awful lot of low value "orphaned"  SIPPs - but expensive in regard to charges made by the SIPP providers who - (as far as I am concerned) - start with a very poor reputation for giving value for money…"

"Thank you Peter - yes, I have accepted the fact that payments relating to SIPP investments will now be paid back into SIPP accounts (even if these were considered extinct), and withdrawals will be subject to the same tax regime as any other SIPP…"

Keydata - the lost £450M. What was the Role of the FSA?

There are a number of reasons why £450M of our savings was lost. Recent requests under the Freedom of Information Act have thrown new light on the FSA's role in this disaster and their apparent attempts to divert attention away from their failings.

The FSA is not alone in the dock, of course.
